Le projet est porté par l’Université de Bucarest, en partenariat avec l’Université d’Avignon et la Nouvelle Université Bulgare.

Recipient of numerous research grants and awards, including recently the J. Ann Tickner Award of the International Studies Association (ISA) for pushing boundaries in international studies

Svend-Erik SKAANING is a Danish political scientist currently acting as co-principal investigator of the Varieties of Democracy (V-Dem) project. Facultatea de Științe Politice a Universității din București, în parteneriat cu Institutul Francez și Centrul Regional Francofon de Cercetări Avansate în Ştiinţe Sociale al Universităţii din Bucureşti (CEREFREA Villa Noël) organizează joi, 4 mai 2017, o masă rotundă cu tema La voix des sociétés civiles à travers les organismes non gouvernementaux. Dezbaterea va fi susținută în limba franceză și va avea loc la sediul Facultății de Științe Politice (strada Spiru Haret, nr. 8), în intervalul orar 14:30-16:00.

Moderatorul dezbaterii este lect. univ. dr. Alexandra Iancu (Ionașcu), cadru didactic la Facultatea de Științe Politice a Universității din București. Masa rotundă își propune să reunească experți ai societății civile (ONG și presă) ale căror preocupări sunt îndreptate în direcția comunicării instituționale tansparente, considerate a fi una din garanțiile fundamentale ale statului democratic.

La eveniment vor participa Mircea Toma (Active Watch), Elena Ghioc (Inițiativa România), Ovidiu Nahoi (RFI), personalități de prestigiu, cu o carieră semnificativă în domeniu. Pornind de la expertiza acumulată, invitații vor propune publicului teme de dezbatere, exemple și vor facilita înțelegerea rolului jucat de ONG-uri în asigurarea calității democrațiilor.

Masa rotundă cu tema La voix des sociétés civiles à travers les organismes non gouvernementaux face parte din ciclul de conferințe Le transparence: Garante de la Démocratie?, inițiate de Institutul Francez împreună cu partenerii universitari.

Proiectul La transparence, garante de la démocratie? se va desfășura în perioada februarie-decembrie 2017 și va cuprinde o serie de dezbateri, prezentări, mese rotunde, ateliere interactive, dezbateri cinematografice și grupuri de lucru, în limba franceză, articulându-se în jurul a trei axe. Mai întâi, se va analiza rolul jucat de mass-media în informarea cetățenilor și capacitatea sa de a adopta o abordare imparțială. A doua parte va fi consacrată procesului de formare al discursului critic în rândul societății civile, urmând ca ultima parte să prezinte mecanismele de control al transparenței de care dispune Guvernul.

étudiants-entreprises francophones »


Entre les 25 et 27 avril 2017 aura lieu « La semaine des rencontres étudiants-entreprises francophones » à la la Faculté de Langues et Littératures Etrangères de l’Université de Bucarest, ainsi qu’à Faculté de Sciences politiques de l’Université de Bucarest.

Organisé par le Lectorat français de l'Université de Bucarest avec l'entreprise Francojobs, ainsi que la Faculté de Langues et Littératures Etrangères et la Faculté de Sciences Politiques (FSPUB), en partenariat avec l'Institut français de Roumanie, le CRU AUF de l'Université de Bucareste et le Département de français, cet événement a pour but de présenter des entreprises francophones de Bucarest et de les mettre en relation avec les étudiants francophones de Bucarest.

Pour participer au concours d'entretien d'embauche, les étudiants doivent envoyer leur CV et lettre de motivation jusqu'au 22 avril à : virgile.prodhomme@institutfrancais.ro

Nicolas DON, journaliste français avec plus de 30 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des relations internationales et président de la Fondation ACTUS, viendra rencontrer les étudiants de la Faculté de Sciences Politiques de l’Université de Bucarest (FSPUB) pour une session de questions-réponses sous le thème : "Fake news : la guerre ouverte".

En France, Nicolas DON a été Grand Reporter pour Radio France Internationale et a travaillé - à la fois devant et derrière l’écran - pour TF1, M6, France 3 et TV5 Monde. Son activité a couvert un spectre très large de sujets à partir des reportages de guerre (Liban, Golfe, ancienne Yougoslavie, ancien bloc soviétique) jusqu'à présenter un journal quotidien, des émissions musicales et des transmissions de Roland Garros.

En Roumanie, Nicolas DON a présenté le journal du soir de Realitatea TV, les émissions "De ce democrația? - Pourquoi la démocratie ?" (TVR 1) et "România Altfel - La Roumanie Autrement" (The Money Channel). Il est également le réalisateur de deux émissions hebdomadaires d'RFI Romania, une en roumain, "Bilanț Provizoriu - Bilan Provisoire" et l'autre en français, "En français, s'il vous plaît”. Il signe également une chronique dans la revue Regard.
