In perioada 7 decembrie 2020 - 10 mai 2021 are loc (online) seria de ateliere de cercetare intitulata "Thinking Provenance, Thinking Restitution". Evenimentele sunt organizate  de catre Mary-Ann Middelkoop si Lucy Wasensteiner, find rezultatul colaborarii dintre Department of History of Art de la Universitatea din Cambridge si Centre for Provenance Research, Art and Cultural Heritage Law de la Universitatea din Bonn.

Sesiunile sunt dedicate urmatoarelor teme:

11 Ianuarie 2021, 2pm: Workshop 2: Provenance as Form of Knowledge
8 Februarie 2021, 2pm: Workshop 3: The Past and Present of Provenance Research
8 Martie 2021, 2pm: Workshop 4: Digital Provenances
12 Aprilie 2021, 2pm: Workshop 5: Thinking Restitution, Law and Provenance
10 Mai 2021, 2pm: Workshop 6 Roundtable Discussion: Provenance Practices in Museums

Damiana Otoiu prezinta paperul ‘When Specimens Become Ancestors. The History of Provenance Research Initiated in Post-Apartheid South Africa’ in cadrul sesiunii intitulate "The Past and Present of Provenance Research" care are loc pe 8 februarie 2021.
